The Rap and Hip-Hop industry in the Egyptian region has been facing an unpredictable and successful growth in the past couple of years. More and more people have now become aware of the genre and are definitely loving it! Many talented Middle Eastern rappers have recently gained a lot of fame and are in the process of making it to the top. However, there are many other hidden talents, waiting for a chance to be discovered. Freedom Music’s Rap Game

Freedom music are always coming up with the coolest most innovative concepts, the newest of them being the Freedom Music Rap Game! It’s a cool initiative that will help each and every underground rapper in achieving their lifelong dreams. The Rap Game is highly anticipated and considered to be the greatest rap battle in the Middle East so far. Each contestant will be performing in front of six of the currently most popular artists, presented as the judges of the competition, Marwan Pablo, Abyusif, Wegz, Molotof, Shahyn, and Marwan Moussa. Not only that, but there will also be six famous foreign guests; Bu Kalthoum, The Synaptik, Shabjdeed & Al Nather, El Far3i, Balti, and 7liwa. We literally can’t tell you how excited we are for this event!

How It Will Work

The competition will consist of 6 levels, you might wanna keep your eyes peeled for this. First, you’ll send a short video of you performing by uploading it on their website www.fmrapgame.com or you could attend one of their pop-up auditions, available in a couple of assigned governorates. The time and place of the audition pop-ups will be announced through social media. After that, 30 contestants will be chosen to perform at the Rap Game. Only 12 rappers will pass on to the qualifying stage, which will be held in both Alexandria and Cairo. Those 12 finalists will be divided and formed into groups of 3 and eventually 2 rappers from each bunch will be grouped together. At the finals, there will only be one winner, who will be announced at the final ceremony where the MENA region guests will be attending.

How To Attend

Some Hip Hop lovers are always looking to listen to new and original masterpieces written by many God gifted rappers. Whether you want to attend the 3 battles, just the semi-final rounds, or the finals, you could buy your ticket through Tickets Marche; we have to tell you they’re very affordable. The battle ticket is for only 150 EGP while the semi-final ticket is for 200 Egp and the finals ticket is for 250 Egp. Each stage will be located at a different venue.

The first 3 battles will be held in the Greek Campus and Al Ittihad Club. The semi-finals will be located at the Greek Campus and the finals will be located at Al Manara Arena.
